Make internal links more informative

I have two points as regards to this, but I think there might be more:

I frequently have notes that have the same name in the same project. The only difference is their date, which is not visible in the autocomplete pop up nor the created link

My second point is about the projects related to a note: These are not visible in the created link and cut off in the pop up.
