Make internal and external links distinguishable

So far internal and external links looks the same in Agenda.

One of these is an extneral, one an internal link (I’ll let myself be surprised a month from now … ):

I’d find some kind of distinction for external links helpful (eg. like in Obsidian, see screenshot).
