Lock Parameters

Hello,

Love the app, especially the locking feature. It was the checkered flag between Agenda and a lot of other apps.

I apologize if this post is in the wrong place.

Has putting time parameters on the lock feature been considered? By that I mean, locking after five minutes of inactivity, 10 minutes of inactivity, anything in between, or simply each time the app or device, in particular the Mac, is closed.

Currently, as far as I’ve been able to find, Agenda locks “when not in use”. If this the only option then so be it.

We do already do this. We don’t expose values in the app, but behind the scenes, it does keep timers to lock when content is offscreen for a time, or the app is in the background.

This is always a juggling act, because you don’t want it to lock every time the app goes to the background, or a note goes temporarily offscreen. We try to make that balance, but you can also lock the app manually using Agenda > Lock All Private Notes and Projects
