Can Agenda sync between my MacBook and my iPhone without access to the internet? Eg by creating a WiFi hotspot? (I’m going off grid and no mobile reception for a week!)

I’m not 100% sure, but I have a feeling iCloud will do this as a shortcut. But it is not something we have control over, and I’m not sure under what circumstances it would do it. It’s Apple secret sauce.
