Lists and dates

I have a client list set up for Agenda. Each file has a name and case # 2 of these have become out of sync.
My other files when you click to start a new note It starts at the top of the file. I do these by dates.
Two of the files start a new date at the bottom. I want them all to start at the top. How do I get these to go like the others?

So the order of the notes is the problem?

By default, Agenda will show notes in reverse chronological order, with the newest notes at the top. But you can change that by clicking on the project title at the top of the notes list. A menu appears, and at the bottom there is an item to flip the order.

Perhaps you accidentally clicked that item for some projects. You can easily just bring up the menu and change it back again there.
