Would like to add to others’ desire to link notes in iOS. This is available in macOS. For iOS, I would want to have a feature to tap on the note revealing the “Insert” menu → “Link” menu → “Link to Selected Note”.
This feature is available already, in two ways.
If you have selected the note you want to link to, the select the gear menu in the bottom left → Copy As → Agenda Link. Then go to the note you want to contain the link and paste the link at the location you want.
Alternatively, if you have the note selected that you want to link from, then what you describe is exactly what you can do already. Tap the plus icon in the bar above the keyboard → tap the link icon → select the project and note you want to link to.
