Left/right scrolling for tools bar on smaller screens

Hello,

It would be great if I could scroll the editing tools bar left/right just like I can scroll the @tags bar.

I believe that is how it works on the iPad.

Why would you like to scroll on the iPhone? We have set it up so you can see all the tools. We elected to have popup menus instead of a long scrollable list of buttons.
