As I have paid the premium subscription , the least I can expect is for this app to have notifications able to be enabled in either iOS devices or iPad OS devices.
Could this lack of facility be rectified?

What type of notifications do you want exactly?
We haven’t added this because Agenda is designed to work closely with Apple’s built in Calendar and Reminder apps. Those apps do notify, so Agenda doesn’t do it so as to prevent getting double notifications.
If you have something you need to be notified of, probably best to add a reminder in your note (eg type \remind), and set a time. This adds the reminder to Reminders app, and you should see a notification on all devices.
