When using the IOS double space to enter a period at the end of a sentence, it doesn’t always work. For example, when I select the last word from the provided list and double space, I do not get a period but a space. This response is consistent. Other apps such as Things work as expected. So I expect Agenda would too. Thanks. Arlington

Are you using iOS 12 by any chance?
I am testing this, but it seems to work for me in Agenda just like other apps. Even for the last item in a list.
Can you perhaps send a screen capture video of the issue? It might help me reproduce it.

OK, that explains the difference, I think. I tested iOS 13, and that worked. iOS 12 didn’t, so I have changed that. Should work in the next version.
