That looks like a glitch. Something must hav gone wrong internally.
You may be able to fix it by going to a different project, and coming back. If not, you probably have to “kill” the app by swiping the screen upwards from the list of running apps.
This is indeed a bug in Agenda 15 not properly hiding the collaboration features upon collapsing a note for example, fixed by the suggestions from @drewmccormack. It should be fixed permanently in the upcoming Agenda 16 update.
