What I did: inserted image from photos

What happened: shows a paperclip and image title

What I expected: thumbnail and image title

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): ipad pro, same on iphone, iOS all apps up to date.

Older images have also done this but not all of them.

Did you get that appearance on the device you used to insert the image? Or was that on a device that synced up with the device where you inserted the image?

Did you ever see the thumbnail on the original device?
