Lets say I have a ´huge´ image or several in a note.
I make changes in the text this note -> sync incl also the image? Or, as the image is unchanged, there is not sync of the image (only of the text).
I wonder because for some users it could be interesting for reducing the mobiel data traffic.

The attachments are synced separately from the note content, so no, the attachment is only synced once and takes up the same amount of space no matter how often you edit the note it’s contained in.
