What I did:
In the “On the Agenda” overview, I have set the following grouping and sorting options:
- Ungrouped
- Edited Date
- Latest Date First
What happened:
Four pinned notes appear at the very top of the list, even though they were last modified a long time ago, which makes the sorting completely useless and illogical for me.
I use the ‘pin note’ function to keep a specific note at the top of the project so I can access it quickly. However, in the OTA overview, I’d like to use the sort function to have the most recently modified notes at the top, rather than having to scroll down the list every time because of the pinned notes.
What I expected:
Strict and logical sorting in accordance with the sorting parameters. Accordingly, pinned notes would logically be displayed in the OTA overview in the order they actually belong in, based on the most recent change.
If there are counterarguments that would explain this currently odd sorting logic, then I would be happy with an additional sorting parameter, e.g. Prioritize pinned notes, keep them at the top, etc…
