What I did: Collapsed all open
What happened: all collapsed but not I cannot find the option to uncollapse
What I expected: to double click on a single entry and uncolppase

One or two times I had a similar problem. Restarting the app helped.
I have never encountered this.
It should indeed collapse and uncollapse on a double click. There are also menu items for it in the Note menu, including keyboard shortcuts.
If it isn’t working, it is possible there has been some internal issue, and a restart would help.
I think I figured it out. My mouse settings, double click speed was set to the max. I changed it to about a little bit over the mid point and that seems to work now.
