How To Share Full Meeting Notes

What I did: Had members add Agenda and once they did, shared the invite with one of them as a test.

What happened: He only received the first note.

What I expected: The entire string of notes from our meeting: Topics Of Discussion, Goals, Action Items, and Supporting Documents. How do I send the entire string of notes in one action?

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): I’m brand new to Agenda. I look forward to really getting the most out of the app!

I’m afraid at this point we only support sharing of individual notes, not projects. So you would need to share each one separately.

The good news is that once others have shared one of the notes, they appear in the list when you share a new note, which makes it much easier to share.

We will consider whether to add project sharing in future. The downside there is you have no control over where the notes go. With individual note sharing, each person can organize their notes the way they prefer.

Kind regards,
Drew

Do you need them to be individual notes? Perhaps you could have one long note, split by headings and/or horizontal rules?

If people wanted they could then split it themselves into separate notes.

Thank you, Drew.

Good idea. Thank you. I’m going to actually go and do that now.
