I’m stymied. I’m looking to create a Shortcut to append a thought to a Daily Note. Each of notes is uniquely titled - “yyyy MM dd”. Where would I insert the Title, “2026 02 14”, so that the Shortcut does not ask me ‘what Note?” Every time. I would like the Shortcut to simply ask for the input and post it directly to the Note.
You first need to use the Find Note function of Agenda in Apple Shortcuts to select the note. Search the title by the date you want. Then pass the result to the Append to Note function. See the screenshots below for an example which filters for titles matching the current date.
