Hover over link often doesn’t show link destination

What I did: hovered over the „Quora“ link in the sample note „Kitura and Vapor Research"

What happened: At first nothing. Only sometimes (I can’t even figure out what the trigger is) does it show the destination of the link. If you move the mouse away and re-hover, again the destination (tooltip) isn’t shown.

What I expected: for the tooltip to be shown whenever the cursor changes to the pointing hand.

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): 14.0.2, MacOS 12.3.1 on M1

As you can see, the tooltip doesn’t pop up at all in this instance.
