I think it would be an awesome feature if you could highlight a date or date/time and be able to create a note from that highlight.

You mean dates or times that are mentioned inside the text of a note in Agenda, or text outside Agenda?

The second one sounds amazing! It’s certainly the kind of deep integration you can only have in the likes of MacOS

Dates and times inside of agenda. For example, i write a date like 3/18/23, Highlight that particular date, right click, and from a context menu it says create note and assign date. It creates a note with a date for the title and it is automatically assigned to that date.

If you take this on, may I humbly suggest a generic date picker to first place the date text (preferably with ISO 8601 formatting options among others) into the note.
