It would be great to semi-automatically get completed notes out of the way, with the abiilty in settings for completed notes to be sent to an ‘archive’ at the bottom of the list of notes in a project, with a title like: ‘5 archived notes’
I often find there are notes that I want to keep for reference, and while I don’t want them cluttering up an active project, I also want to keep them in the project.
Automatically hiding notes is a bit tricky. Can be confusing.
We do have plans to add more powerful filtering, so you could hide notes meeting your criteria yourself.
Note also there are footnotes, so if you collapse the note, and make it a footnote, it will stick to the bottom. Almost the same as a separate archive.
