Hide “dash” for empty notes

For notes that are empty, it would be helpful to not display a dash/hypen at the end of the note.

Otherwise, we keep expanding/collapsing notes not knowing if they are empty.

I see what you mean, but without the dash you would also not realise the (empty) note is collapsed and wonder why you can’t edit / add text to it, so I don’t think it would be a good idea to be honest.
