Go to Linked Note not working On The Agenda

What I did:

  • In OTA
  • from calendar, selected ‘Go to Linked Note” (for a Note that is OTA, but off the bottom of the screen

What happened:

  • at first sight, nothing
  • looking more closely, the Linked Note is highlighted, but the window hasn’t scrolled to that Note (or indeed scrolled at all)

What I expected:

  • OTA to scroll so that the selected Linked Note is at the top of the screen, or centred in the screen

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

  • Version 19.2.1 (315) - Mac App Store

Thanks, we’ll take a look.

Are you still seeing this problem, or was it a once off?

I have tested it, and I can’t reproduce the problem. It always shows the note scrolled to the top, even when it starts offscreen.

It could be that there is a problem, but it is more specific. If you notice this happens under certain circumstances, let us know. E.g. maybe the note has to be offscreen since launch, or you have not used On-the-Agenda since launch. This may put the list in an incomplete loaded state, and maybe that could lead to this issue. Just a thought.

Thanks - I’ll keep an eye on this and let you know!

I’m seeing this as well. You click on a “Go to Assigned Note” and the view doesn’t change. I have noticed that the header at the very top of the window does change, and if you click it you’ll then go to the note though.

Thanks. I have a fix for this coming in the next release.
