What I did:
I exported text as Rich Text and as PDF as well.
What happened:
Notes in pdf were exported in right order, but Rich Text in inverse order.
I have also restarted App and changed sorting in the project couple of times.

Off Topic:
Actually I must always export in Rich Text and than copy all in Word to make adjustments, because unfortunately export in pdf function makes unaproppriate spaces.
