What I did:
I did a search and excluded a tag.
What happened:
Only notes with that tag showed up
What I expected:
I expected the notes with the tag not to be there

I think I have fixed this now. It will be in the next minor release.
In the meantime, you may be able to get it to work if you make an edit to the text after setting the “excluded” option. The issue is a refresh one, so if you can force it to refresh by changing the text, and then changing it back again, it should update properly.
