Do some of you care to give me examples of how you use Agenda everyday? I would like to see the different ways that people use Agenda on a daily basis. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
I have a daily note which gets generated daily with all my meetings for the day and any available tasksn(grabbed from OmniFocus). The daily note has xcallbacks for any meeting for that day, when I click on that it creates a note for that meeting with all the meeting info. Any action item get imported to OmniFocus and I use Drafts to send the meeting notes to all participants. At the end of the day I delete the daily note and at 7PM the new note gets generated and the cycle continues.
At the end of the week, meeting notes get either moved to a “Project” (Team Meetings, Misc Meetings, etc) or move to trash.
Additionally, I have a couple of “Projects” called “Planning” or “Inbox” where I keep notes which either require additional TLC or are for meetings for the current day which I’ve already began adding preparation notes.
Most of what I described above is using @heyscottyj Daily Agenda Journal (running on PushCut)
With his “Process Meeting” shortcut used AFTER every meeting, this allows me to share the notes and import tasks to OmniFocus

At this time, Agenda pretty much runs my day. I am hoping they heavily adapt MCP and Claude as well.

(Web-capture are done with the Popclip Agenda extension)
