Enhance features for checklist handling

Two features would significantly enhance using lists in Agenda:

  • The ability to easily drag-and-drop list items to new locations within a list/note (e.g. what Evernote allows)
  • The ability to specify item behaviors after being checked (e.g. move to bottom/top of list, etc.)
