Dynamic Open Items list

After I meet with my boss each week, I have new open items/tasks that need to be completed. I may also have tasks from other notes. Ideally, I’d like to be able to go to the line that contains those tasks and direct that task (identified by have a check box/circle next to it) to be moved to an “Open Items” list. This way I always know all of my tasks without having to go from meeting note to meeting note.

Thanks for the feedback. We have various ideas for moving items and filtering which should help.

For now you could copy and paste the open items, or apply a tag, and then create a saved search for that tag. Eg. “#open”
