What I did: I have several articles as notes and I want to demote them as paragraphs under a single note heading
Easiest would be to copy the note content, and paste it into the other note.
Note also that there are Merge Notes/Split Note options in the Note menu. You could perhaps use that in a creative way to bring the content of one note into the other note.
On Mac there’s already a workflow that could help, say I have three short notes that I want to turn into one:
You can shift/command select the notes (by clicking in the area at the top of the note just above the title), then choose Note > Merge Notes:
