Dark mode problem on iPad Pro

What I did:
Using Agenda to take meeting notes
What happened:
Dark mode activated automatically due to the time. Everything went black, including the notes i was taking .Subsequent notes were in a white font

What I expected:
To be able to see my notes without switching off dark mode

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

    Agenda 14, IPad Pro iPad OS 15.4.1. Magic Keyboard

To help you with testing. I am in dark mode right now and the note looks fine.
The problem happened when the system changed over to dark mode and i was using Agenda at the time.
