Customize "create a calendar event” options

I need a setting for changing “create a calendar event” window.
I prefer 9-10am, 1 hour before reminder.
How can I set it up in Agenda?

Do you mean that would like to have a different default setting that is always picked if you select create new event? Or do you mean that something isn’t working properly in the panel?

I’d like to simply be able to choose the default calendar that any new calendar events are added to. I’d like to use my google calendar as my default calendar and I rarely use “Home”.
