After the crash, do you get asked to send a crash report?
Does it happen no matter which project you try to add the note to?
I have sent like 5 or more

I put them in every crash
Good question on the project since I mostly add them to the same one
Behavior seems to be when I pick the calendar entry versus a new one with no link to calendar
Never used to happen - its been the latest build
