Copy as markdown copies whole note?

I’d like to use “Copy to markdown” to copy snippets of notes to other apps but instead of just copying the selection, it copies the whole note.

Is that a known problem?

This is correct, at the moment it copies the entire note. We’ll see if this can be adjusted in the case you have a selection.

On the Mac, if you select some text, right click, and choose Copy As > Markdown, it will only take the selected lines.

Ah, fantastic. While keyboard shortcut would be useful this will keep me afloat in the meantime :slight_smile:
