Copy as html doesn’t work on single quotation mark

What I did: “copy as html” from Agenda notes into any other app under iOS

What happened: When copying this: hasn’t; i get hasn’t

Only happens when select copy as html. All other copy options bring ’ correctly over into other apps. This happens when copying in any other iOS app (mail, notes, Outlook etc)

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
Agenda: 19.0 (302)
IpadOS: 17.5.1

My understanding: It’s a ’ (RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK - U+2019) character which is being decoded as [CP-1252] instead of [UTF-8]

Why does this happen? What can I do?
