Combined format parameter setups

What I did: Notated about 2000ft of 20 ft/inch COLOR CODED 7 track subsurface electrical response and nuclear logs.

What happened: Developed arthritis

What I expected: Not having so many steps in highlighting depth markers, text colors, and directional surveys.
What about getting all of the format picks in 1 go. Text and highlight colors, font size, etc

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
Version 20.1 (343) MBP M1 15.4.1 (24E263)
Yes there is software designed to do this but not like I do!!

You might be better off using the formatting palette (small button to left of text), or a keyboard combination or even action (eg \color). The menus are not that efficient, as you say. They are better for one off actions, or just to learn what is available.
