I have been using Agenda for less than a month now. What an adventure it’s been. I understand there are a lot of things I need to learn in order to get the full value from this great software. Since I noticed that the colour tagging is a relatively new feature, I’d like to give my feedback on it.
Since projects can be organised & sorted by colour, it stands to reason, for me, that users should be able to clear out the builtin colours and populate their own, and to re-sort the colours in the list, or at least sort them with a numerical naming convention, so that the project colour sorting can work with the users needs. I am using colours as a priority indicator, with red at the top, followed by a pink and a yellow, for notes that need attention, then greens and blues for other things that don’t have dates. I have been using the smart overviews to gather up my coloured notes, and this has worked well, but I seem to have hit the limit of colours Agenda gives me, and to be honest I’m not exactly vibing with the built-in colours we’ve been given. Just sayin…
