Cleaner to do list & ability to add task not associated with a note

I love how checklist items automatically gets ported into the to do list, but suggest:

  • ability to show just the checklist item and not the full note which can be quite long and make the list cluttered
  • add a to do item directly into the task list (not associated with a note)
  • drag tasks to reorder them

Maybe these are already existing functions and I just missed them?

You’ll be happy to know that Agenda 20 will indeed just show the to-do items in To Do now. We are releasing a beta very soon, and should be available in around 4-6 weeks for everyone.

I’m not really sure what you mean with this. If there is no note, where would the task go?

My recommendation is to have a standard note that you can get to very easily for general tasks. I do this. It’s like a daily list, and I use it for the stuff that comes up each day that maybe doesn’t belong in any project. More like reminders.
