I’d like to suggest a UI upgrade. Looking at notes in the “timeline” shows us the categories and project name formatted smaller than the Note name. I think it needs to be the other way around.
Let me show you how I think it should look
Category > Subcategory
Project
- Note 1
- Note 2
…
Basically I am suggesting that we get a better visual representation when we are using overviews that combine categories and projects together. The prominantly displayed items are the notes, but what we need to see are the categories and projects when we are scanning and looking for specific info. I hope you can see where I am coming from.
In another post one of your commenters pointed out that clicking on a header opens a dropdown where we can navigate to different projects. The problem with this approach is that the window is small, necessitating scrolling. I just spent 3 days reorganising all of my stuff in Agenda to reduce that. I’m a bit salty by having to do that,
TLDR when viewing a mega list in a smart overview, ensure that the category and project headers are noticably larger than the note titles.
