Can not update the last update on my ipad (on my iphone no problem to update)

What I did: Try to update the last version on my ipad pro

What happened: Nothing only try later

What I expected: New version on my ipad

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Agenda version 21 IOS 18.6.2 Ipad pro

Same here.

I don’t know why this is happening. It must be something to do with the App Store. We don’t have control over it.

Options

  1. Perhaps you installed with a different Apple ID in the App Store. Do you see Agenda in the list of apps in your account under “Purchased”?
  2. If you have all the Agenda data on a different device (eg Mac or iPhone), you could delete the app on iPad, and install again. It will then download the synced data
