Unfortunately no, in contrast to the Shortcuts support, the x-callback-support is write-only.

I found that Agenda said they supports shortcuts including Search, etc. in documentation But I can’t find agenda app in my Mac OS Shortcuts app.

It should be there. Press the + at the top, and Agenda is in the Apps.

If you are still not seeing it, are you using the version from the Mac App Store? I think that is required to access Shortcuts.

If you need to, quit Agenda, drag it to the trash, empty Trash, and install from the Mac App Store (free). (Your data is not inside the app on macOS, so that is safe.)
