I want to switch from Bear to Agenda. How can I import my more than 2,000 notes to Agenda ?

We don’t offer Bear import yet, but we do offer import of markdown. Perhaps you can export from Bear as Markdown files, and import those.
But 2000 notes is a lot of work. The import would certainly not be perfect. You may be better to to keep those Bear notes separate, and start using Agenda for current notes.
