If you @ mention somebody with an intent to create an action item, it would be great if it created a task and assigned it to them in asana (unless you want to build todos in Agenda :D)
We do have plans to integrate Reminders in this way. Ie associate a reminder to a task/paragraph. Similar to what you suggest.

That would be great, I’ve wanted to do this many times so far! Reminders is good, and then down the road integrating with popular team-task-management tools like Asana.
