I’m new here so please forgive me if this is a feature I cannot find on Agenda. But is there a way to see ALL my tasks created within all my projects in one place?

No, not at this point I’m afraid. Agenda is a note taking app, with task support, not a task list app per se.
We do have plans to improve filtering and search so we can show summarized notes. That way you could search for all notes with unchecked items, and summarize them showing only the unchecked lines. But it is a big project, and I can’t put a time frame on it.
