Agenda on Mobile vs. Desktop

Hello everyone!

I’m curious to hear how most of you are using Agenda in your day-to-day workflow. Do you primarily use it on the go with iPhone or iPad, or more in a stationary setup on Mac?

I ask because my situation is a bit different—I’ll mostly be relying on Agenda on mobile, and I’m wondering if others have found success treating it as a true planner primarily on iOS.

Would love to hear your experiences!

I think it should work fine on mobile. We deliberately built in parity between the platforms, so you should be able to do just about everything you can on the Mac.

Of course, a small screen can make things more fiddly, but that is true of all apps. I guess it is just whether you find that a problem or not.

In any case, Agenda is free to use forever, so give it a good try before committing.

I use Agenda 60–70% of the time on my iPhone and find that the smaller screen actually makes it easier to focus on the content currently displayed than on a Mac. It works very well for me and there are only a few exceptions where it could be better or different.
The usability and design stand out significantly from many other note-taking apps. That’s one of the reasons why I chose the lifetime option.
Of course, there are still a few minor issues, but the developers are working tirelessly to fix them while also introducing new ideas.
It’s a great project.
