Agenda link ‘hovers'

When I have a note with the link it, very often the link ‘hovers’ like in the screen shot:

The word ’Star’ is a link to a saved search, but it frequently happens with other Agenda links. (I”ve not tested extensively but it seems to be only an issue with Agenda links, not weblinks.)

My cursor is no where near that link when this happens. It disappears when I move the cursor, but often re-appears.
