Agenda isn’t syncing between my two devices, despite having sharing permissions

What I did:
I am looking to share my agenda with my EA to have her help me with organizing and notetaking. I gave her my login and signed into iCloud, but the devices are still not syncing up correctly.

What happened:
iCloud Drive is turned on and iCloud sync is also active. I downloaded it under my iCloud sign on and was still unable to get in. It is wiped like I have to create everything from scratch.

What I expected: I would log in and the notes would pre-populate as well as the agenda.

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

Sharing would require that your EA setup their device to use you iCloud. Unless they have a dedicated device just for that purpose, it would not work well.

What I recommend in this case instead is to make a free Dropbox account, and share that just for this purpose. You install the Dropbox app (if you are using iOS), and then switch to Dropbox sync in the app. It will ask you to sign in to your new free account. Once it is setup for you, set it up in Agenda on the other device too. This way you don’t need to share iCloud.
