Agenda and the Structured app?

Has anyone here tried out the Structured Daily Planner app?

I’ve been trying to be more productive at work over the last month and that is how I discovered Agenda. It’s been working great for me so far and I don’t plan on quitting it. But I also just found the Structured app earlier today. I think it could help me let go of the last of my disorganized paper planning habits. The problem is that Structured does not yet export anything to other programs. It can import some things, but not everything. It will import lists from apple’s reminders app, but not much else. Luckily Agenda can export to reminders and those show up in Structured’s inbox.

I was just hoping to get ideas on how these two systems might work together to help me be more productive. Or even just have someone tell me if Agenda has functions that I haven’t figured out yet.

Looks interesting. It seems you need the Pro version to sync with Calendar and Reminders. There’s a 3 day free trial which I’ll start next week rather than waste it on the weekend!

Without actually playing with it, I think that to work with Agenda you’d need to think of a Note as being a piece of work you want to spend time on. And then add a dated Reminder inside that Note. That Reminder would sync with Reminders in Structured, and then you could move it to the time in the day you want to work on it.

You could also use the Agenda ’To Do’ overview to see all uncompleted Checklist items - and then add a Reminder to the item you wanted to work on next or a specific date, thus ‘sending’ them to Structured.
