What I did: Connected Reminders to Agenda. Checked Settings and access. All OK.
What happened: Agenda not showing Reminders.
What I expected: Agenda to show all my reminders.
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): I think it might be because NONE of my Reminders have a date/time associated with them. However, I would still like to see them!
A redesigned month view makes it easier to get an overview of your month ahead. And you can create, view, edit, and complete reminders from the Reminders app right in Calendar.
Just a brain dump about unscheduled reminders. Agenda could automatically collect these under a folder or by using a tag say #nodate. Currently the principle of having an all in one app is broken as you have to shift to the reminders app for unscheduled lists like groceries, movies to watch etc. features
Our goal isn’t really an all-in-one app, otherwise we probably would add full calendar and reminder features.
The objective was to make a note taking app, but one which integrated well with the system calendar and reminders. We are not trying to stop you using those, just make it easy to connect things up.
The idea of unscheduled reminders may sound good, but I suspect you quickly end up with a mess. The list could be quite long, and — unlike the daily ones — wouldn’t move off screen over time.
We hear a lot about this, so we’ll consider if there is some way to handle it in future, but for now it doesn’t make a lot of sense given the calendar view on the right is all about dates and time.
