Is there any easy way to add a word file to a calendar event? I often have meetings and then a few days later get minutes as word files. I have tried to “print” to Agenda but nothing seems to happen. Right now I save the minutes as a file on my desktop and then add it to a new note for the meeting. I then delete the original file. Is there any easier way of doing this?
You can certainly add word files to Agenda. You can drag them in, to attach them, or you can hold CTRL when you drop them in and they become links to the file.
Note that this will not attach the file to the event. It will be a file in Agenda (or a link).
In short, what you are doing sounds reasonable, but you might be able to drag the file directly into Agenda, rather than going to the Desktop first. Worth trying.
