While I know this is pretty programmer or power-user focused, I think it should be extremely useful to be able to have commands stored around my projects, so I can just click them without having to add and keep track of batch files. For UI, I’d think it could just be a pop-up text box with space for the command, with the appearance otherwise similar to files.
