I am the Director of Communication and Development at Catholic Charities of Southwest Kansas and I am the owner and soapmaker for a boutique soap shop and gift shop called Artisan Soaps. I share life with Sienna (the senior dog), Annie (the puppy dog), Sage (the indoor cat), and Cecil (the outdoor cat).

I think that Agenda is what I have been searching for! I like reminders, but their notes are ugly and inadequate, and there just isn’t enough room to expand, breathe and think about things. I like how reminders integrate with Fantastical and give me an easy way to see and move tasks on a calendar, but Fantastical has even less space for notes. I liked the flexibility of Notion, and the space it provided for thinking and writing, but its task management features are inadequate; it’s too much work to maintain and things get lost. I tried Clickup, but it’s clunky and slow in my opinion.

I love how Agenda looks and works! It’s a beautiful app, and it connects beautifully with reminders. I think that the combination of Agenda, Reminders and Fantastical is just what I’ve been looking for: Plenty of time-oriented space to plan, think, and keep track of what I’ve done and am working on; an adequate integration with Reminders for task management; and the connection between Reminders and Fantastical to give me an even more of a visual connection of tasks and events when I need it. Finally, after such a long search, I am feeling hopeful and encouraged!
