I work in a large non-profit in Ottawa, Canada and use Agenda to organize my days.
Using Agenda as my primary ‘work from’ base I also use Evernote for archiving things and iOS Reminders (with Agenda integration) as my task list. Fantastical is my calendar for when I need actual calendar functionality (aside from connecting to events via agenda) and I use Cloze and Salesforce for contact management and CRM
